I had to go into town yesterday and I generally have to drive by the senior center and they always have a sign out about their rummage sale-everyday 10-2--I have never stopped but decided hey ya never know what might be in there. So--I did. I found these little treasures. all these pieces plus one I see I forgot to put in here for $2.07. Incredible!
The little pourer is so sweet and the cup--I seem to be collecting very nice cups--And the cardinals--love 'em. The pattern was 10cents and I thought it would be a cute apron idea--shorter of course. A wooden what-not box for what-nots, I guess.

I love the pattern....it reminds me so much of a prom gown that my Mom made for my senior prom.....32 years ago!!
It's funny. My sister's prom dress was very similar to that pattern. She graduated in 1975. Maybe my mom used the same pattern, LOL! I remember when those pinafore dresses were popular. Aren't they pretty?
The little pitcher and cup are especially sweet!
I remember my mom making me a pinafore dress when I was a teenager.... It was short though.
