Friday night Richelle, my daughter, brought the boys up to spend the night and Saturday because She and chris had to work. The boys and I had a fun friday night because we all knew that Saturday was going to be our work day. Saturday morning we woke up to a beautiful sunrise so we knew it would be a nice day. Yummy pancakes were on order for breakfast. so gobble gobble and then out the door to feed the horses. Next we tackled, literally, the leftover mess of the winter storm. We chopped, snipped and sawed and hauled away many loads of sycamore branches. We worked until lunch so of course we had to take a break. We took some apples down to the horses and I noticed where some of the fence was tore up where some four-legged sweetheart decided they needed to be on the other side. I'm fixing fence when Richelle shows up, so she moved the horses into another pasture and then she and Brett (8) decide to drag the small pasture, Bradley (6) goes off to brush Bucky and I finish the fence. Sassy always helps, too.
