Today is march 1st. Now it is a beautiful day, gray but with some blue spots so I am hoping the sun will shine. We have about a foot of snow on the ground. Very unusual for this neck of the woods but weather patterns seem to be changing everywhere. The last day of Feb. was not so good but today seems ok. Maybe we can call it March coming in like a lamb. I am ready for warmth.
Look what I received from Newslady from her etsy site. It is so cute, I'm liking it. Also a very nice card from her.
We are seemingly snowed in only because we are off the beaten track and since my daughter moved out we don't have a 4-wheel drive.
Sassy is so funny, the snow is deeper than she is tall so instead of leaping through the snow she jumps up on my hay sled.

Cute tote bag. The dog has found a place that wont freeze his toes. He lloks happy. Yes snow is unuasual, but we take what mother nature gives us. Have a great day!

That snow looks beautiful! My ex-in-laws used to live in an old house that was sort of in Stanwood, very close to the freeway though. It burned down in probably 1982 or so. Anyway, we usually get tons of snow like you got, we only got a couple inches this time here in Port Angeles. I'm ready for Spring!
