This is the town of Langley, Wa. Where my mother lives. It is an artsy, tourist type town. It is on Whidbey Island so as my mother and probably everybody else over there says "we're on Island time" so slow down already. It is right on the water and is a good whale viewing area right now. The water they are on is Saratoga Passage. There are lots of gallerys. Lots of restaurants and lots of antique and 'buy me' shops.
